Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB)

Miniature Circuit Breaker is a safety accessory with an electro-mechanical mechanism of action. MCB is an automatic switch that opens when excessive current flows through the circuit. It can be reclosed without any manual replacement. In the case of a fuse, once it has been operated, it must be replaced or rewired, depending on the type of the MCB.

RCCB Working Principles & Benefits

The mechanism of how RCCB works is quite simple. When the phase and the neutral line in an electrical supply line carry the same amount of current, there is a smooth flow of electricity. This also indicates that there is no fault in the circuit. When equal current flows in the neutral and phase coil, the same amount of magnetic flux is produced.
